Ingredients:

  • 300 g water
  • 30 g vanilla sugar
  • 400 g sugar
  • 200 g Spirit (95% volume)
  • 240 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 500 g Milk, whole, condensed, unsweetened

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 400 g of sugar and 30 g of vanilla sugar. Mix for 20 seconds at speed 20.
