- 300 g water
- 30 g vanilla sugar
- 400 g sugar
- 200 g Spirit (95% volume)
- 240 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 500 g Milk, whole, condensed, unsweetened
Method of cooking:
- Add 400 g of sugar and 30 g of vanilla sugar. Mix for 20 seconds at speed 20.
