Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 200 g Apple
  • 600 g beetroot, raw
  • 200 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 500 g of water, place a basket into the bowl. Add 600 g of beetroot peeled and cut into 2cm pieces, 200 g of potatoes cleaned and cut into 2 cm pieces and 200 g of peeled seedless apples cut into quarters. Stew for 35 min at 140 degrees.
