Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 200 g Apple
- 600 g beetroot, raw
- 200 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Add 500 g of water, place a basket into the bowl. Add 600 g of beetroot peeled and cut into 2cm pieces, 200 g of potatoes cleaned and cut into 2 cm pieces and 200 g of peeled seedless apples cut into quarters. Stew for 35 min at 140 degrees.
