Ingredients:

  • 1 g Salt
  • 1000 g water
  • 15 g sugar
  • 60 g blanched almonds

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a container on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 60 g of blanched almonds and 1000 g of water. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and a 1 pinch of salt.
