- 1 g Salt
- 1000 g water
- 15 g sugar
- 60 g blanched almonds
Method of cooking:
- Place a container on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 60 g of blanched almonds and 1000 g of water. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and a 1 pinch of salt.
