Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 70 g extra virgin oil
  • 7 g cumin seed
  • 2 g sodium bicarbonate
  • 200 g dried chickpeas
  • 50 g Tahini
  • 10 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 20 g lemon juice

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 200 grams of dried chickpeas. Add about 1000 grams of water into the bowl with chickpeas. Set aside to soak for about 12 hours.
