Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 70 g extra virgin oil
- 7 g cumin seed
- 2 g sodium bicarbonate
- 200 g dried chickpeas
- 50 g Tahini
- 10 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 20 g lemon juice
Method of cooking:
- Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 200 grams of dried chickpeas. Add about 1000 grams of water into the bowl with chickpeas. Set aside to soak for about 12 hours.
