  • 12 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 250 g aubergine, raw
  • 60 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 80 g Oil, olive
  • 600 g canned tomatoes (sliced)

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 chili pepper and 120 g of chopped onion. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
