Ingredients:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 300 g cream 36%
- 400 g yogurt
- 250 g chilled condensed milk
- 200 g raspberries
- 50 g Chocolate, white
Method of cooking:
- Install the whisk. Pour 300 g of 36 % cream and add 250 g of mascarpone. Whip for 20 s at speed 6. Remove the whisk.
