Ingredients:
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 46 g extra virgin oil
- 30 g cheese, parmesan, grated
- 50 g greek yogurt
- 10 g anchovies
- 20 g caper
- 10 g pickled capers
- 5 g garlic
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 1 peeled clove of garlic, 50 g of extra virgin oil, 2 tablespoon of capers brine, 50 g of greek yogurt and 200 g of mayonaisse.
