Ingredients:

  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 46 g extra virgin oil
  • 30 g cheese, parmesan, grated
  • 50 g greek yogurt
  • 10 g anchovies
  • 20 g caper
  • 10 g pickled capers
  • 5 g garlic

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 1 peeled clove of garlic, 50 g of extra virgin oil, 2 tablespoon of capers brine, 50 g of greek yogurt and 200 g of mayonaisse.
