This recipe is a basic version, you can enrich it with your favorite flavor or make a chocolate version by replacing part of the flour with cocoa. This ratio allows you to make a full size sponge cake. Ideal for layering with cream.

Ingredients:
- 180 g wheat flour
- 200 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 420 g chicken eggs, whole
- 40 g potato starch
Method of cooking:
- Separate the whites from the yolks (keep the yolks). Place the whisk. Whip the egg whites with salt until foamy for 3 minutes at speed 6.
