Ingredients:

  • 400 g water
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 1 g allspice
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 6 g marjoram
  • 4 g granulated garlic
  • 350 g Onion, raw
  • 24 g salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 400 g Pork, shoulder
  • 100 g Plain wheat rolls
  • 400 g Pork, spare rib
  • 100 g milk, 2% fat
  • 400 g chicken liver
  • 600 g Pork, belly, without bone

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 350 g of onion. Chop for 10 s at speed 10. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add 100 g of butter and fry for 10 minutes at 130 degrees at speed 4.
