Ingredients:

  • 750 g water
  • 100 g broth paste - CVR
  • 10 g dried mushrooms
  • 750 g mushrooms
  • 1 g dried rosemary
  • 40 g grana padano cheese
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 16 g garlic
  • 60 g butter
  • 200 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 100 g medium potatoes

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 g of onion and 4 cloves of garlic in the bowl and chop for 10 seconds at speed 10. Use a spatula to scrape the mass on the bottom of the bowl. Add 60 g of butter, 100 g of homemade Cookover broth, ΒΌ sprig of rosemary and fry without measuring cup for 8 minutes at a temperature of 125 degrees and speed 4.
