Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 2 g marjoram
- 100 g cream 30 %
- 2 g hot paprika powder
- 3 g granulated garlic
- 1 g dried thyme
- 4 g sweet paprika
- 350 g Onion, raw
- 6 g salt
- 70 g butter
- 1000 g Pork, spare rib
- 40 g Oil, rapeseed
- 1000 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Place the bowl on the lid. Weigh 1000 g of pork neck. Cut the pork neck into 2 cm slices without cutting the meat completely - so that there is a connection between the slices. Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl. Weigh out 40 g of oil, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper, 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper, 1 teaspoon of marjoram. Add 70 g of broth to the bowl with the oil. Add 1 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon granulated garlic. Mix the marinade thoroughly.
