Medium

Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 2 g marjoram
  • 100 g cream 30 %
  • 2 g hot paprika powder
  • 3 g granulated garlic
  • 1 g dried thyme
  • 4 g sweet paprika
  • 350 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g salt
  • 70 g butter
  • 1000 g Pork, spare rib
  • 40 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 1000 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the bowl on the lid. Weigh 1000 g of pork neck. Cut the pork neck into 2 cm slices without cutting the meat completely - so that there is a connection between the slices. Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl. Weigh out 40 g of oil, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper, 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper, 1 teaspoon of marjoram. Add 70 g of broth to the bowl with the oil. Add 1 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon granulated garlic. Mix the marinade thoroughly.
