Ingredients:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 170 g butter
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 100 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Pour 100 g of milk, 30 g of fresh yeast, 50 g of powdered sugar and 50 g of flour. Close the bowl with a lid without a measuring cup. Mix for 1 min at speed 4 at 40 degrees. Keep in the closed container for 5 min.
