Ingredients:

  • 800 g water
  • 90 g broth paste - CVR
  • 2 g ground cinnamom
  • 350 g Pear
  • 70 g butter
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 200 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 150 g Potato, long stored
  • 500 g parsley root

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 70 g of butter. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Melt the butter for 3 min at speed 4 at 100 degrees.
