Ingredients:

  • 700 g water
  • 6 g salt
  • 70 g Bread crumbs
  • 100 g butter
  • 1500 g Cauliflower

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Pour 700 g of water. Close the bowl with a lid without a measuring cup. Place the first floor of the steam pot on the lid. Add cleaned cauliflower and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt. Cover the second floor of the steam pot with a lid. Cook for 35 min at 130 degrees.
