Potato pancakes are a simple dish. They taste best with goulash, mushroom sauce, sour cream or smoked salmon. The pancakes are golden and crispy after frying.

Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 120 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 800 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 800 g of cleaned potatoes cut into 2 cm cubes, 150 g of peeled and cut onion, 120 g of flour, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and 2 small teaspoons of salt. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Mix for 40 s at speed 10.
