Ingredients:

  • 200 g water
  • 1 g allspice
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 100 g vinegar
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 60 g sugar
  • 200 g Apple
  • 6 g salt
  • 600 g Cabbage, red
  • 20 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 300 g of cabbage cut into smaller pieces. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Chop for 25 s at speed 10.
