Ingredients:
- 200 g water
- 1 g allspice
- 1 g bay leaf
- 100 g vinegar
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 60 g sugar
- 200 g Apple
- 6 g salt
- 600 g Cabbage, red
- 20 g wheat flour, type 550
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 300 g of cabbage cut into smaller pieces. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Chop for 25 s at speed 10.
