Ingredients:

  • 615 g wheat flour
  • 750 g dry curd
  • 46 g vanilla sugar - CVR
  • 495 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 30 g lemon juice
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 40 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 150 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 350 g milk, 2% fat
  • 5 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 40 g chicken egg whites

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 g of cream, 750 g of crushed curd. Mix for 30 s at speed 6. Mix for 1 min 30 s at speed 10. Transfer into another container.
