Ingredients:
- 615 g wheat flour
 - 750 g dry curd
 - 46 g vanilla sugar - CVR
 - 495 g sugar
 - 100 g butter
 - 30 g lemon juice
 - 120 g chicken eggs, whole
 - 40 g chicken eggs, yolk
 - 150 g Cream, 18% fat
 - 350 g Milk, 2.0% fat
 - 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
 - 5 g Oil, rapeseed
 - 40 g chicken egg whites
 
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 g of cream, 750 g of crushed curd. Mix for 30 s at speed 6. Mix for 1 min 30 s at speed 10. Transfer into another container.
