Ingredients:

  • 1 g baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 200 g butter
  • 300 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 20 g chicken eggs, yolk

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 g of frozen butter cut into smaller pieces, 100 g of sugar, 300 g of flour, 1 yolk and 1 pinch of salt. Chop for 15 s at speed 10.
