Ingredients:
- 1 g baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 200 g butter
- 300 g wheat flour, type 550
- 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
Method of cooking:
- Add 200 g of frozen butter cut into smaller pieces, 100 g of sugar, 300 g of flour, 1 yolk and 1 pinch of salt. Chop for 15 s at speed 10.
