Ingredients:

  • 200 g water
  • 12 g hot chili pepper
  • 50 g shallots
  • 100 g extra virgin oil
  • 20 g anchovies
  • 100 g black olives
  • 40 g capers
  • 5 g sugar
  • 15 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 800 g canned tomatoes (sliced)

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 g of peeled shallots cut into small pieces, 15 g of garlic and 1 chili pepper, seeded and cut into small pieces. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Grind for 10 s at speed 10.
