Ingredients:
- 200 g water
- 12 g hot chili pepper
- 50 g shallots
- 100 g extra virgin oil
- 20 g anchovies
- 100 g black olives
- 40 g capers
- 5 g sugar
- 15 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 800 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
Method of cooking:
- Add 50 g of peeled shallots cut into small pieces, 15 g of garlic and 1 chili pepper, seeded and cut into small pieces. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Grind for 10 s at speed 10.
