Ingredients:

  • 700 g water
  • 90 g broth paste - CVR
  • 100 g shallots
  • 60 g extra virgin oil
  • 100 g cream 30 %
  • 5 g sugar
  • 4 g garlic
  • 170 g Carrot
  • 1000 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 170 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1 peeled clove of garlic and 100 g of shallots, cleaned and cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10. Use a spatula to draw the contents to the bottom of the bowl.
