Ingredients:
- 700 g water
- 90 g broth paste - CVR
- 100 g shallots
- 60 g extra virgin oil
- 100 g cream 30 %
- 5 g sugar
- 4 g garlic
- 170 g Carrot
- 1000 g broccoli, green, raw
- 170 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Add 1 peeled clove of garlic and 100 g of shallots, cleaned and cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10. Use a spatula to draw the contents to the bottom of the bowl.
