Spicy bean soup with chorizo

An interesting variation on bean soup. Replacing the traditional sausage with a Spanish, ripening chorizo sausage with a rich taste of spicy pepper, gives the soup a deep expression that makes it characteristic. The combination of beans and chorizo is extremely popular in Spanish cuisine, because these ingredients go well together and their combination gives a "thunder effect".
