Simple dumplings made from grated raw potatoes. We can use such noodles as a side dish to traditional soups, as a separate dish with a small amount of favorite ingredients, garnishes, sauces or as a side dish to main dishes, especially meat dishes. ​

Ingredients:

  • 30 g salt
  • 6 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 160 g Rye flour, type 580
  • 1000 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1000 g of peeled and chopped potatoes. Mix for 1 minute and 30 seconds at speed 16. Pour the contents of the bowl into the basket placed in the sink and let the excess liquid drain for 20 min, finally mash the potato mass with your hand.
