Dhal in Indian cuisinxxxxxx - food prepared from grain legumes. Very nutritious soup, thanks to the chickpeas it also has a high protein content, and the used spices give it a unique aroma.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g water
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 80 g ginger
  • 3 g turmeric, ground
  • 400 g canned chickpeas
  • 8 g cumin seed
  • 4 g ground coriander
  • 480 g sweet potato
  • 350 g Onion, raw
  • 15 g garlic
  • 10 g salt
  • 400 g condensed coconut milk
  • 60 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl and add 350 g of cleaned and cut onion. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
