Ingredients:
- 20 g vinegar
- 130 g raspberries
- 25 g lemon juice
- 20 g mustard
- 60 g honey
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Place a small jug on the lid of the bowl to weigh out 100 g of oil. Set aside.
