- 20 g vinegar
- 125 g arugula
- 200 g goat cheese
- 260 g raspberries
- 1 g salt
- 25 g lemon juice
- 120 g Walnuts
- 20 g mustard
- 60 g honey
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 400 g Beetroot, boiled
Method of cooking:
