  • 20 g vinegar
  • 125 g arugula
  • 200 g goat cheese
  • 260 g raspberries
  • 1 g salt
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 120 g Walnuts
  • 20 g mustard
  • 60 g honey
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 400 g Beetroot, boiled

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a container on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 400 g of baked or cooked cut beetroot. Set the bowl aside.
