Ingredients:

  • 20 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g Lard
  • 1 g salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 300 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 10 g Spirit (95% volume)
  • 80 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 100 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 250 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 300 g of flour, 20 g of butter, 4 yolks, 100 g of sour cream, 10 g of alcohol, 1 pinch of salt. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Mix for 1 min at speed 15.
