Ingredients:
- 20 g powdered sugar
- 250 g Lard
- 1 g salt
- 20 g butter
- 300 g wheat flour, type 550
- 10 g Spirit (95% volume)
- 80 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 100 g Cream, 18% fat
- 250 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 300 g of flour, 20 g of butter, 4 yolks, 100 g of sour cream, 10 g of alcohol, 1 pinch of salt. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Mix for 1 min at speed 15.
