Ingredients:
- 50 g coconut liqueur
- 400 g ice cubes
- 50 g Blue Curaçao liqueur
- 30 g maple syrup
- 150 g Spirits (40% volume)
- 60 g lemon juice
- 500 g Pineapple juice
- 30 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
Method of cooking:
- Place a plate on the lid of the bowl, weigh out 30 g of maple syrup, set aside. Place another plate on the lid of the bowl, weigh out 30 g of coconut flour, set aside.
