Ingredients:

  • 50 g coconut liqueur
  • 400 g ice cubes
  • 50 g Blue Curaçao liqueur
  • 30 g maple syrup
  • 150 g Spirits (40% volume)
  • 60 g lemon juice
  • 500 g Pineapple juice
  • 30 g Shredded coconut meat, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a plate on the lid of the bowl, weigh out 30 g of maple syrup, set aside. Place another plate on the lid of the bowl, weigh out 30 g of coconut flour, set aside.
