Ingredients:

  • 10 g hot chili pepper
  • 45 g ginger
  • 200 g sweet pepper
  • 330 g yellow pepepr
  • 45 g sugar, brown
  • 60 g soy sauce
  • 250 g onion spring
  • 30 g lime juice
  • 100 g sweet chili sauce
  • 20 g rice vinegar
  • 400 g makaron Udon
  • 130 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 25 g garlic
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 3 g salt
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 650 g chichen thighs

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the bowl place a container and weigh 650 g of chicken thighs cut into 1 cm. Add ½ teaspoon of salt. Mix everything and set aside.
