Ingredients:
- 1700 g water
- 6 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g bay leaves
- 800 g beef
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 12 g salt
- 50 g wheat flour, type 550
- 110 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Place the container on the lid of the bowl, weigh out 800 g of beef. Cut the meat into thin slices and beat with a pestle. Season them with a teaspoon of fresh ground pepper.
