Ingredients:

  • 1700 g water
  • 6 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g allspice
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g bay leaves
  • 800 g beef
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g salt
  • 50 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 110 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the container on the lid of the bowl, weigh out 800 g of beef. Cut the meat into thin slices and beat with a pestle. Season them with a teaspoon of fresh ground pepper.
