Hungarian lecho
Lecho, also known as "lečo", is a traditional Hungarian dish that has also gained its popularity in Poland. It is a tasty and aromatic dish that consists of vegetables, mainly peppers, tomatoes, onions and with the addition of sweet and hot peppers. It is traditionally fried in melted lard.

Ingredients:
- 3 g ground black pepper
- 450 g sweet pepper
- 200 g yellow pepepr
- 14 g hot paprika powder
- 28 g sweet paprika
- 150 g green peppers
- 600 g Onion, raw
- 15 g sugar
- 12 g salt
- 500 g tmato
- 100 g bacon
- 700 g tomato passata
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the bowl place a container and weigh out 600 g of peeled onion cut into 1 cm pieces. Set the container aside.
