Ingredients:

  • 250 g water
  • 20 g baking powder
  • 16 g vanilla sugar
  • 65 g cocoa
  • 500 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 20 g Bread crumbs
  • 120 g butter
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 250 g Walnuts
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 350 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 g of walnuts. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Grind for 5 seconds at speed 15. Place the nuts in a bowl. Set aside. Wipe the bowl with a cloth to remove any remaining nuts. Place the container on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 250 g of sugar. Set aside. Place a container on the lid of the bowl, weigh out 350 g of type 450 wheat flour. Sift the flour through a sieve.
