Ingredients:
- 250 g water
- 20 g baking powder
- 16 g vanilla sugar
- 65 g cocoa
- 500 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 20 g Bread crumbs
- 120 g butter
- 360 g chicken eggs, whole
- 250 g Walnuts
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 350 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 g of walnuts. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Grind for 5 seconds at speed 15. Place the nuts in a bowl. Set aside. Wipe the bowl with a cloth to remove any remaining nuts. Place the container on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 250 g of sugar. Set aside. Place a container on the lid of the bowl, weigh out 350 g of type 450 wheat flour. Sift the flour through a sieve.
