Ingredients:

  • 100 g cream 30 %
  • 1000 g dry curd
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 80 g Pudding in powder
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 100 g Walnuts
  • 140 g Milk, dry, whole, powdered
  • 200 g biscuits

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 g of biscuits, 100 g of room temperature butter and 100 g of walnuts. Grind for 45 s at speed 15. Transfer the prepared mass to a square mold with a diameter of 24 cm, spread evenly, press with your hand or a spoon and set aside.
