Ingredients:

  • 150 g cream 30 %
  • 6 g vanilla extract
  • 400 g buttercream
  • 150 g whisky
  • 60 g coffee, espresso
  • 30 g Spirit (95% volume)

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 400g of Kaymak, 150 g of 30 % cream, 1 teaspoon of natural vanilla extract, 60 g of espresso coffee, 150 g of whiskey and 30 g of 95 % distilled alcohol.
  2. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Mix for 8 min at speed 5 and 75 degrees.
  3. Pour the contents of the bowl into the bottle. Serve chilled as an accompaniment to desserts. Store in a dry and dark place.
