Tofu scrambled eggs is a vegan substitute for classic scrambled eggs prepared on the basis of tofu and vegetable milk. Its characteristic color is given by turmeric, and you get the egg flavor by adding black salt, which, like eggs, contains sulfates, which give both products a characteristic taste and smell.

Ingredients:
- 1 g curry powder
- 1 g turmeric, ground
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 250 g tofu
- 50 g soy beverage
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 2 g salt
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 grams of onion, peeled and cut into smaller pieces, into the bowl. Chop for 10 s at speed 10. Scrape the bowl's sides with the spatula.
