Here is the most basic recipe for traditional Italian thin and crispy pizza dough.

Ingredients:
- 450 g wheat flour
- 300 g water
- 8 g salt
- 6 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 50 g Oil, olive
Method of cooking:
- Into a mixing bowl add 6 grams of fresh yeast (or 3 grams of dried yeast). Add 300 grams of water. Add 450 grams of flour type 00 (or 500 grams of flour type 450). Knead the dough for 3 minutes. Continue kneading for another 4 minutes.
