Ingredients:

  • 450 g wheat flour
  • 300 g water
  • 8 g salt
  • 6 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 50 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 6 g of fresh yeast (or 3 g of dried yeast), 300 g of water and 450 g of flour type 00 (500 g of flour type 450). Knead for 2 min at speed 8 reverse rotation. Continue kneading for 6 min at speed 6 reverse rotation.
