Ingredients:
- 1400 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 60 g broth paste - CVR
- 6 g marjoram
- 250 g brittle smoked sausage
- 1 g bay leaves
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 90 g Lard
- 16 g garlic
- 180 g Carrot
- 250 g Peas, dry seeds
- 250 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 180 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 250 grams of peas in it. Cover the peas with cold water and let stand for 1 hour.
