Ingredients:

  • 1400 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g allspice
  • 60 g broth paste - CVR
  • 6 g marjoram
  • 250 g brittle smoked sausage
  • 1 g bay leaves
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 90 g Lard
  • 16 g garlic
  • 180 g Carrot
  • 250 g Peas, dry seeds
  • 250 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 180 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 250 grams of peas in it. Cover the peas with cold water and let stand for 1 hour.
