Vegan basil pesto
Vegan basil pesto is an Italian version of pesto which is prepared without additives of animal origin. Traditional basil pesto contains grana padano cheese, which we replaced with inactive yeast in this recipe.

Ingredients:
- 100 g extra virgin oil
- 180 g fresh basil
- 10 g yeast flakes
- 5 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 20 g lemon juice
- 50 g almonds, sweet
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 90 g of basil leaves without stems, 50 g of roasted almond leaves, 100 g of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 2 spoons of yeast, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
