Ingredients:

  • 1600 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g broth paste - CVR
  • 12 g hot chili pepper
  • 200 g sweet pepper
  • 100 g bulgur
  • 500 g canned tomato puree
  • 100 g sesame oil
  • 2 g dried mint
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 15 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 100 g Oil, olive
  • 20 g parsley leaves
  • 200 g Lentils red, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 20 g of cleaned and dry parsley leaves cut into smaller pieces. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
