Ingredients:

  • 40 g lemon juice
  • 400 g canned chickpeas
  • 8 g cumin seed
  • 60 g Tahini
  • 150 g aquafaba
  • 5 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 60 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 400 g of drained chickpeas, reserving the marinade for later use, 150 g of aquafaba, 60 g of tahini paste, 1 clove of peeled garlic and 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.
