Ingredients:
- 40 g lemon juice
- 400 g canned chickpeas
- 8 g cumin seed
- 60 g Tahini
- 150 g aquafaba
- 5 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 60 g Oil, olive
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 400 g of drained chickpeas, reserving the marinade for later use, 150 g of aquafaba, 60 g of tahini paste, 1 clove of peeled garlic and 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.
