Ingredients:

  • 1100 g water
  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 65 g broth paste - CVR
  • 6 g marjoram
  • 70 g mayonnaise
  • 330 g cream 30 %
  • 1000 g ground turkey meat
  • 250 g Onion, raw
  • 16 g garlic
  • 17 g salt
  • 60 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 100 g Plain wheat rolls
  • 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 80 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 80 g Dill
  • 30 g potato starch
  • 45 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 80 g of dill (a large bunch), cut every 3 cm. Chop for 4 seconds at speed 20. Transfer to a container, cover and refrigerate.
