  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 80 g red onion
  • 150 g extra virgin oil
  • 40 g vinegar
  • 10 g fresh basil
  • 1000 g raspberry tomatoes
  • 5 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 100 g wheat bread
  • 500 g frozen strawberries

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid and weigh 1000 g of tomatoes in it. Set the bowl aside.
