Ingredients:

  • 3 g cloves
  • 20 g cinnamon stick
  • 20 g fennel seeds
  • 10 g sichuan pepper
  • 20 g star anise

Method of cooking:

  1. Fry 4 star anise, 2 cinnamon sticks, 16 cloves, 4 spoons of fennel seeds and 2 spoons of Szechuan pepper for 2-3 minutes in a dry, heated pan, stirring constantly.
