  • 40 g water
  • 300 g cream 30 %
  • 3 g vanilla pod
  • 12 g gelatin desserts
  • 300 g whole milk
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 160 g sugar

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 3 teaspoons gelatin to a small bowl. Add 4 tablespoons of cold water and mix. Set the bowl aside.
