"Pudding chia"
The extremely healthy, mineral-rich seeds are commonly referred to as chia. Simply pour them into any liquid and leave for 2-6 hours to turn them into a kind of pudding with an extremely interesting texture. It is a healthy alternative to traditional breakfasts, but also the basis for preparing low-calorie desserts.

Ingredients:
- 20 g chia seeds
- 30 g sugar
- 200 g milk, 2% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 200 g of milk. Mix for 2 min at speed 2 reverse rotation.
