Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 70 g spelt flakes
  • 40 g carob flour
  • 80 g erythritol

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1000 g of water and 70 g of spelt flakes into the bowl. Heat for 6 min at 90 degrees and speed 2 reverse rotation.
