Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 70 g spelt flakes
- 40 g carob flour
- 80 g erythritol
Method of cooking:
- Add 1000 g of water and 70 g of spelt flakes into the bowl. Heat for 6 min at 90 degrees and speed 2 reverse rotation.
