Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 1 g chili powder
  • 14 g sweet paprika
  • 90 g spirit vinegar 10 %
  • 250 g Onion, raw
  • 220 g sugar
  • 750 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 16 g garlic
  • 17 g salt
  • 200 g tomato paste 30%, canned

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 250 g of peeled and chopped onion, 750 g of cubed zucchini (if the zucchini is large - weighing more than 500 g/1 peel it), 220 g sugar, 4 peeled cloves of garlic. Cook for 30 minutes at 105°C at speed 1 reverse rotation with the basket placed on the lid (without a measuring cup).
