Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g nutmeg
- 1 g chili powder
- 14 g sweet paprika
- 90 g spirit vinegar 10 %
- 250 g Onion, raw
- 220 g sugar
- 750 g Squash-summer, raw
- 16 g garlic
- 17 g salt
- 200 g tomato paste 30%, canned
Method of cooking:
- Add 250 g of peeled and chopped onion, 750 g of cubed zucchini (if the zucchini is large - weighing more than 500 g/1 peel it), 220 g sugar, 4 peeled cloves of garlic. Cook for 30 minutes at 105°C at speed 1 reverse rotation with the basket placed on the lid (without a measuring cup).
