Ingredients:

  • 200 g sugar, brown
  • 1000 g dry curd
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 400 g buttercream
  • 1 g salt
  • 60 g butter
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 60 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 120 g biscuits

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 120 g of biscuits and 60 g of butter. Grind for 20 s at speed 10. Put the biscuits crumbs on the bottom of a cake tin (diameter 28 cm) lined with baking paper and press down until a firm bottom is formed.
