Ingredients:
- 200 g sugar, brown
- 1000 g dry curd
- 500 g mascarpone
- 400 g buttercream
- 1 g salt
- 60 g butter
- 360 g chicken eggs, whole
- 60 g wheat flour, type 550
- 120 g biscuits
Method of cooking:
- Add 120 g of biscuits and 60 g of butter. Grind for 20 s at speed 10. Put the biscuits crumbs on the bottom of a cake tin (diameter 28 cm) lined with baking paper and press down until a firm bottom is formed.
