Ingredients:
- 30 g coconut oil
- 6 g Salt
- 350 g water
- 100 g walnuts
- 140 g Mountain oat flakes
- 170 g sunflower seeds
- 200 g flaxseed
- 60 g pumpkin seeds
- 20 g xylitol
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 100 g of flax seeds. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Grind for 30 s at speed 20.
