Ingredients:

  • 30 g coconut oil
  • 6 g Salt
  • 350 g water
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 140 g Mountain oat flakes
  • 170 g sunflower seeds
  • 200 g flaxseed
  • 60 g pumpkin seeds
  • 20 g xylitol

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 100 g of flax seeds. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Grind for 30 s at speed 20.
