Ingredients:

  • 700 g water
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g dried thyme
  • 200 g cheese, limburger
  • 80 g butter
  • 50 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 600 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 180 g leek
  • 200 g Cheese, Parmezan

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 g of parmesan cut into smaller pieces. Grind for 30 s at speed 20. Transfer into the container and set aside.
