Ingredients:
- 700 g water
- 1 g nutmeg
- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g dried thyme
- 200 g cheese, limburger
- 80 g butter
- 50 g wheat flour, type 550
- 600 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 180 g leek
- 200 g Cheese, Parmezan
Method of cooking:
- Add 200 g of parmesan cut into smaller pieces. Grind for 30 s at speed 20. Transfer into the container and set aside.
