- 80 g gelling agent
- 800 g sugar
- 50 g lemon juice
- 2000 g strawberries
Method of cooking:
- Place first floor of the steam pot on the lid off the bowl and weigh 2000 g of cleaned and stemmed strawberries. Set the steam pot aside.
